To watch NASATV or anything else and record it at the same time.
Open VLC, Click Media, Convert/Save
Paste the stream URL here.
Select WMW/WMA into ASF container and add a file destination.
I know, I know, ASF sucks, but all the other video/audio formats kill VLC.
Open the updating file with Media Player Classic.
